Great news for Roma children in Uzhhorod!

The Voice of Romni team has launched a new international project, Voices Unheard, together with our partners OlamAid, a European humanitarian organization based in Germany, and three additional partner organizations from Greece, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The initiative is co-funded by the European Union.

We are now looking for Roma teenagers aged 14–17 who would like to become part of the international Voices Across Borders network (VOICES).

This is about meeting new people, having conversations, making new friends, and showing the world who Roma children are today and what matters to them.

What awaits you:

  • live communication and exchange of experiences with children and teenagers from Ukraine, Greece, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina;
  • support from the Voice of Romni team;
  • two international online meetings;
  • interesting conversations about children’s rights, the lives of Roma communities, and the changes you would like to see around you;
  • an opportunity to share your opinion and be heard not only in Ukraine, but also across Europe;
  • new experience, new connections, and participation in an international children’s community.

We believe that the voices of Roma children should be heard loud and clear. They can tell the world about their dreams, challenges, and the changes they want to see.
