Our partners support us in various ways.

For Voice of Romni, it is especially valuable when this support includes training for our team, as it helps us grow and improve our work.

In early October, representatives of Voice of Romni took part in a training organized by CARE in Dnipro. The training focused on strengthening practical skills in working with automated reporting systems and implementing child-friendly feedback mechanisms.

Participants learned how to report using a unified template and web-based system. They also deepened their knowledge of data collection through a trauma-informed approach and mastered tools for effective feedback with children.

These aspects of our work are essential for ensuring efficient operations and safe communication with people in difficult life circumstances. The knowledge gained will help us further adapt our activities to the needs of different groups. With automated systems, we will be able to report faster, analyze results more accurately, and increase the efficiency of our programs.

We sincerely thank CARE for the opportunity to learn and grow professionally. It is very important to us that our partners support our initiatives, help strengthen the team, and improve internal processes.
