We are excited to announce a new and significant step in our work.

We are proud to join this important initiative, established during the International Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC2024) in Berlin this summer. The Alliance brings together partner country governments, international financial institutions, UN agencies, civil society organizations, and the private sector to integrate gender equality principles into Ukraine’s recovery process.

Currently, the Alliance focuses on three main priorities:

  • Ensuring the full participation of women in recovery processes and decision-making;
  • Prioritizing funding for projects that address women’s needs;
  • Increasing resources dedicated to the protection, support, and empowerment of women.

For us, an organization guided by these same values, joining the Alliance was a logical and purposeful step. It is an opportunity to amplify the voices of women from vulnerable groups, integrate the needs of the Roma community into national and international programs, and work alongside partners to build a just future.

We firmly believe that collaboration within the Alliance will enable an inclusive and equitable recovery for Ukraine, addressing the needs of vulnerable populations whose situations have worsened during the war.
