After numerous requests from women who want to grow and develop together with Voice of Romni, we are happy to announce the launch of a new training intake.

In 2026, in Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Kryvyi Rih, we plan to select 42 Roma women who are motivated, open to change, and eager to gain practical skills for professional development in their chosen field.

Voice of Romni continuously works to ensure that more Roma women and other interested participants can access new knowledge and take a step toward financial independence. Strengthening economic empowerment is one of the core focus areas of our organization. That is why we invest significant effort in enhancing professional skills and supporting sustainable career growth.

The experience of our previous participants shows that these courses offer more than just a new profession. They help build self-confidence, open up new opportunities for personal and professional growth, and provide the support of a friendly community of like-minded women.

All registered applicants will be invited to introductory meetings and interviews, after which the final list of participants will be formed. For security reasons, the exact location and time will be communicated individually.

The retraining and professional development courses are implemented with the support of CARE Ukraine within the project Strengthening Access to and Provision of Services to Support SRH (Sexual and Reproductive Health) and GBV (Gender-Based Violence) Response for Conflict-Affected Women and Girls in Eastern and Southern Ukraine.
