Turning knowledge into opportunities for youth
In just a few months, the youth spaces of Voice of Romni in Uzhhorod, Kryvyi Rih, and Zaporizhzhia have become more than just learning hubs—they have grown into true communities for development. Here, young women and men find support, learn teamwork, and bring their own ideas to life.
We aimed to create a space where young people could gain essential skills, and we succeeded in building a supportive environment that inspires change. Leadership and social engagement are key focuses of our work, so we designed our training programs to help participants develop communication skills, think critically, set goals, and collaborate effectively.
In Uzhhorod, the focus is on leadership, teamwork, social engagement, and cultural identity. How can you shape your own vision for change? How do you work effectively in a team? Where do you find motivation and support? By answering these and other questions, young people gain the tools to bring their own initiatives to life.

In Kryvyi Rih, the focus is on goal setting, financial literacy, and personal development. Young people learn to manage their finances, build career plans, and develop essential soft skills for success.

In Zaporizhzhia, participants dive into project management, volunteering, and media literacy. How do you create social projects? How do you communicate effectively in the media space? How can you get involved in community initiatives? Practical tasks and group work help them gain these skills through real-life experience.

Our training sessions go beyond theory—they are a space for real interaction: discussions of real-life cases, workshops, masterclasses, and hands-on work on personal projects. We believe that engaged youth are the future of strong communities.
