Our regional representatives from Uzhhorod, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Kryvyi Rih, and Kyiv gathered to share their experiences.

The “Small Repairs” project became possible thanks to our reliable partners at OXFAM. In 2024, together, we managed to restore the homes of 50 Roma families in the Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Zaporizhzhia regions. We are confident that by joining efforts, we are building a just future.

This initiative was made possible through the collaboration between Voice of Romni and OXFAM.

As part of the project with HIAS Ukraine, retraining courses are ongoing in four regions of Ukraine.

The event was organized in Poltava by the UN Refugee Agency and the NGO CrimeaSOS.

The President of “Voice of Romni,” Anzhelika Bielova, participated in the Expert Group Meeting “Integrating the Concept of Human Security and an Intersectional Lens into the Triple Nexus” in Warsaw, organized by UN Women.

We are excited to announce a new and significant step in our work.

Tetiana is another participant in our new retraining courses, which have already started at the women’s space of “Voice of Romni” in Zaporizhzhia, supported by HIAS Ukraine.

“Voice of Romni” initiated a roundtable discussion with representatives of the Zakarpattia Regional State Administration, the police, mobile social-psychological assistance teams, and the Municipal Center for Social Services of the Uzhhorod City Council’s Department of Social Policy.

“Voice of Romni” provides free legal consultations for Roma women, helping them find effective solutions to legal issues.

This event served as a platform for experience sharing among NGOs, charitable foundations, and institutions providing free assistance and support to the population during the war.

This initiative will provide young people with a space to meet, connect, grow, and gain the knowledge they need to pursue their dreams.
