We are pleased to invite you to a three-day training on “Inclusive and Safe Participation and Safeguarding Policy,” taking place August 17–19 at our Uzhhorod office.

This training is intended for educators, psychologists, case managers, facilitators, social workers, and anyone involved in working with children and youth.

Over the course of three days, participants will strengthen their skills in facilitation, effective communication, creating a safe learning environment, ensuring meaningful child participation, safeguarding, and the practical design and delivery of training sessions. The training will be built around interactive exercises and micro-teaching, giving participants the chance to put their newly gained knowledge and skills into practice.

This training is held within the project “Voices Unheard – Roma Community Children Paving the Way: Active Participation for a Better Future.” The project is co-funded by the European Union and implemented by OlamAid together with the Center for Youth Integration, KEAN, Nova Generacija, and Voice of Romni. The project’s goal is to expand opportunities for children from the Roma community, particularly girls, by strengthening their participation in democratic processes and public life.
