Dreaming of learning a new profession, changing careers, or taking the first step toward starting your own business, but lacking the resources to pay for training?

Voice of Romni is opening registration for free professional training courses for women who want to build their professional skills and strengthen their economic independence. We don’t limit you to a fixed list of professions. In the registration form, you can tell us exactly what kind of training you would like to take.These new courses are being launched as part of the Women’s Organizations National Alliance (WONA) Consortium. We warmly invite Roma women and women from other vulnerable groups to take part.

📍 Training will take place in the Zakarpattia, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipropetrovsk regions. Alongside professional training, participants will receive:

– career counseling;

– social media marketing (SMM) training;

– leadership development;

– business planning training;

– business Ukrainian language classes.

Women who attend classes regularly and successfully complete their training will be eligible for a starter kit to help them begin working.These courses are a chance to gain new skills, boost your economic resilience, broaden your career prospects, and take a step toward financial independence.
